Animal Room

Starting a new serie of acryl paintings on canvas.

This serie is about Animal Rooms.

The idea is that each painting depicts an animal (not literally) where you can feel its emotions.

This is of course not meant to show a simplified caricature, but rather to express behaviors, feelings that we all know. This painting, the Walrus Room, at first sight a rather brutal painting, aims to be more an intimate space in which you muse about the day like a walrus and in which all kinds of feelings bubble up.
